My daughter purchased a car from this place in March. The first car was an EV and the battery's was not good. Trying to bring it home took 5 hours because had to stop every 4 miles to recharge it. She could take it back that night because we left at closing. The next day she called and was told to let it charge and that the charger they have her might be bad and to buy another one. We took the car to a charge station and it wouldn't charge all the way. We called and told them and they asked us to bring it back. Again the car didn't hold a charge so it took us 5 hours to try to get from Queen Creek to Mesa. We made it to a charge station in at frys in Giblert off of val vista by this time I told my daughter to call them to have then come get the car. They made us pay for towing to bring the car back. Once we got there they did put her in another car. This car seems to drive good the only problem is that she still has yet to receive her plates. She called and was told she didn't have insurance on the car. That's a lie she had to get insurance before leaving the lot. So then she was told something happened on their end and they would fix it and he emailed her a 3 day temp plate. This was on May 6.Here it is May 13 and still no plates. She called and was told they would call her back. 2 hours later still no call. She hasn't driven the car since April 29th due to the plates being expired. I don't even right reviews and I try to give business the opportunity to right there wrongs but coke on now, this is ridiculous. She was also told to right a good review and she would get a free oil change on them....I bet she would being thar the oil chang3 light is already on and she hasn't driven her car more than 20 miles since she's had it. Beyond pissed. Oh but when the car note is due, I bet the communication will be coming in.

Just purchased a 2018 Ford Fiesta SE manual transmission from this location. Tristan is very professional, friendly, non pushy, and addressed concerns and immediately hopped on top of it to fix it. My first time buying threw a dealership he made it very friendly and easy. 11/10 experience
