I came here 9 years ago to get my first financed vehicle. I was young, had no credit, and very little money. Not only did they work with me, but my car lasted all 9 years! When it was time for a new vehicle, no other dealership crossed my mind. I came back a couple weeks ago, got my new car, and I’m so happy with my purchase. 10/10 recommend! Ask for Devin!

This dealership is apart of a Greater Phoenix ring of buy here pay here dealers. The staff have moved around the same group of locations as they close and reopen elsewhere!The sales persons at this location have worked at USA Auto Inc. which is now closed.They finance via local financing that is not a real bank. They mainly work with ARK Financial who are just as unscrupulous.You will get a car that possibly will not make it 5 miles off the lot and that’s if you get it off the lot to begin with. Repairs will be pointless and of no affect. Also be sure to review your contract THOROUGHLY!!! There have been DMV and Attorney general complaints filed against these dealerships and some have in fact been closed with no warning or compensations.TRUCKS & IMPORTS is also apart of the scammer dealership ring. If you get referred to Brady, Ramon, or Randy just know they’re scammers. You’ll be told “I’ve known ____ for 22 years!” Flat out lie!!! Do not trust these ppl!!!!RUN, RUN, RUN!!!!!!!!Also anyone with concerns surrounding this location and/or financing should IMMEDIATELY file a complaint with AZDMV and the attorney general.Edit:The business replied as they have other reviews and claimed this is a “FLAT OUT LIE” (like this isn’t a business account not a personal account) so I went a head and edited with text communications with Trucks and Imports referring this location with specifics that I addressed above.Try not being a trash business and replying like a toddler bc you messed around and found someone with receipts and TIME!!!Y’all suck, y’all are all crooks, completely unprofessional, and whomever you have reply to reviews needs to learn better business replies.
